    Hi disgusted with the way I was treated today on my lunch break, went to the bank to deposit some money only 2 tellers were open, 20 people waiting in line in front of me. Waited 25 min in line only 2 customers were seen in that time they spent at least 10-15 minutes with the teller, 2-3 staff on the floor customers walking in after me were taken straight to the tellers before me, couldn't understand why I had to leave cause my lunch break was nearly over, didn't end up depositing any money.

    I have never been treated like this at any other branch, the west lakes branch staff look after all customers not only the ones that just come in through the door and cant speak English an\gain I was disgusted and you will never see me or my family and friends at the Kilkenny branch again

    Worst customer service ever, I was trying to send some money overseas but they didn't even try to help me, turned me down with some unbelievable excuses!!! Then went to Hindmarsh branch and lady helped me without any problems!!!
