    The worst customer service I have ever seen, reception staff all disappeared for about 10min leaving customers unattended, when there are 2 on duty. Need to work on this Bupa

    My wife visited this clinic for simple check up and ended up in hospital. They started RCT treatment without discussing any cost and without consent.
